1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a demonstration, or contracting with Site Secretary ("Site Secretary", "we", "us", or "our") for any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services or access our systems.

2. Scope of Services

Site Secretary provides premium B2B automation solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Automated Missed Call Textback systems.
  • Voice AI receptionist and inbound call routing agents.
  • Reputation management and automated review generation workflows.
  • Unified multi-channel customer inboxes.
  • Bespoke sales funnels and CRM pipeline architecture.

3. Client Responsibilities & Compliance

Clients utilizing automated messaging, textback technology, or voice agents agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and international laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and carrier A2P 10DLC regulations. You agree not to send unsolicited spam, misleading content, or engage in deceptive marketing practices using Site Secretary systems.

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary automation workflows, custom funnel designs, brand assets, software code, and documentation created by Site Secretary remain the exclusive intellectual property of Site Secretary or its licensors, unless explicitly transferred pursuant to a written master services agreement.

5. Service Availability & Performance

While we engineer our automation systems for maximum uptime and ultra-low latency, telecommunications networks and third-party carrier filters are subject to external factors outside our direct control. We make no warranty that service will be completely uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Site Secretary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues arising out of or related to your use or inability to use our systems.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
