Mary has a warm, natural voice and chats like a friendly receptionist would. She doesn't read from a rigid menu or ask callers to "press 1". Right now, no setup fee on monthly plans for our first 20 customers. After that, setup is one month's fee on monthly plans. Pay yearly and setup is always free.

Yes. Customers keep ringing the number they already know. We set your phone to pass calls you don't answer to Mary, so if you pick up, nothing changes. If you'd rather, we can give you a new number, or move your existing number over to us. We'll talk you through it at your consultation.

No surprise bills. There are no per-minute charges added to your bill. Standard includes up to 300 minutes a month and Pro up to 600, which is plenty for most trades. If you're regularly using more, we'll talk to you first, before anything changes.

Usually within about a week of your consultation. We do all the setup and testing for you, so there's nothing for you to install.

Yes. Monthly plans are month to month with no long contract, so you can cancel any time through the contact form on our website. You'll keep Mary until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be billed again. Yearly plans stop at renewal. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.

Mary spots urgent jobs, like a burst pipe, a leak, no heating or a smell of gas. She texts you the details straight away, marked URGENT, so you can decide what happens next. You tell us what counts as urgent for your business, and we set her up to match.

Yes. Mary offers callers your free slots and books the job or quote visit straight into your diary. You choose which days and times she can offer. On Standard and Pro, customers also get booking confirmation and reminder texts. On Text & Book, callers you miss get a text with a link to book a slot online.
